Today, people around the world enjoy chocolate in thousands of different forms , consuming more than 3 million tons of cocoa beans annually . Some of this kinds of chocolate are :
Milk ChocolateThis consists of at least 10% chocolate liquor ("raw" chocolate pressed from carob nibs) and 12% milk solids combined with sugar, cocoa butter (fat from nibs), and vanilla.
